I’m a Naturopathic Doctor with a special focus in women’s hormones, fibroids and the changes that can start showing up in your 30s and 40s.

Many of the women I work with come to me after being told their bloodwork is “normal”, or that their symptoms are “just them getting older”.

They may be dealing with painful or heavy periods, fibroids, fatigue, hair loss, changing cycles, PMS, fertility challenges or perimenopause and still not understand why they don’t feel like themselves.

That’s where I come in.

My approach is to look at the full picture: your symptoms, health history, nutrition, sleep, digestion, stress, cycle patterns and bloodwork. Then we use that information to figure out what deserves our attention and build a plan specific to you.

Depending on what we find, your care may include nutrition, lifestyle changes, herbs, supplements and additional bloodwork.

I also know what it’s like to experience painful periods and have a fibroid, because this was me. It’s one of the reasons I care so much about helping women understand what is happening in their bodies instead of simply being told to live with their symptoms.
